Quality Policy Statement

Quality is important to our business because we value our customers. We strive to provide our customers with a service that meets and even exceeds their expectations.

We have the following systems and procedures in place to support us in our aim of total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout our business:
· Regular gathering and monitoring of customer feedback
· A customer complaint and follow up procedure in BVRLA guidelines
· Training and development for our employees
· Maintain a culture of clear, open communication, with a positive work environment to foster the exchange of ideas and innovation, personal growth,
· Regular audits of our internal processes
· A continuous improvement culture which involves everyone, and the process of change becomes routine.

All employees have a responsibility within their own areas of work to help ensure that Quality is embedded within the whole of the company.
An annual policy review is carried out at the beginning of every financial year
